Partoprenu seminarion en Hungario pri inkluziveco kaj kontraŭbatalado de diskriminacio

Tutmonda Esperantista Junulara Organizo (TEJO) kunlabore kun Konsilio de Eŭropo (KdE) organizas internacian studsesion Kunaj por aktiva junulara partopreno: Forigante barojn por inkluziveco kaj kontraŭbatalo de diskriminacio en la Eŭropa Junulara Centro (EYC) de KdE en Budapeŝto. Danke al la serĉataj trejnistoj, dum la studsesio oni donos la eblon al 26 junuloj loĝantaj en unu el la 46 membroŝtatoj de Konsilio de Eŭropo diskuti kaj lerni pri temoj rilate al aliro de junuloj al aktivpartoprenigo, kaj kontraŭbatalado de diskriminacio per inkluziveco kaj homaj rajtoj. Pere de la studsesio, la partoprenantoj havos la eblon:

• Kreskigi sian konscion pri la graveco koncerne al alirigo de junuloj al Homaj Rajtoj kaj iliaj roloj por kontraŭstari diskriminaciadon per inkluziveco kaj edukado pri Homaj Rajtoj;
• Enkonduki la konceptojn de edukado pri Homaj Rajtoj, rajtbazita aliro kaj neformalaj edukadaj metodologioj por junuloj kiuj ne havis antaŭajn konojn pri ili;
• Interŝanĝi opiniojn, sciaĵojn, kapablojn kaj bonajn praktikojn, certigante reciprokan lernadon inter la ĉeestantaj junuloj;
• Oferti trejnadojn al junuloj, kiuj estas relative novaj en la junulara aktivismo kaj ankoraŭ ne precipe aktivaj en siaj socioj, sed ŝatus fariĝi pli aktivaj kiel aktivistoj;
• Fari de ĉi tiu studsesio “kunvenon” de junuloj kiuj agos kiel multiplikantoj post la fino de la aranĝo, kaj disvastigos la rezultojn en siaj lokaj komunumoj.

La studsesio okazos de la 2-a (alventago) ĝis la 8-a (forirtago) de Februaro en la Eŭropa Junulara Centro (EYC) de KdE en Budapeŝto. La labortagoj de la seminario estas de la 3-a ĝis la 7-a de Februaro 2025, ĝi estos realigata plejparte kaj en la angla kaj en Esperanto kun simultana interpretado per kapablaŭskultiloj. La partoprenantoj dum la seminariaj datoj loĝos kaj manĝos en la Eŭropa Junulara Centro de KdE.

Por partopreni la seminarion, ni serĉas 26 partoprenantojn. La partopreno kostas 50 eŭrojn po persono, dekalkulita de la repago por vojaĝaj kostoj. La loĝado kaj manĝado estos organizitaj kaj kovritaj de Konsilio de Eŭropo, kaj ni repagos ĝis 350 eŭrojn por vojaĝaj kostoj surbaze de la prezentitaj kvitancoj. La partoprenantoj respondecos pri sia propra asekuro.

La partoprenantoj

• Estas entuziasmaj junuloj pli aĝaj ol 18 jarojn;
• Loĝas en membroŝtato de la Konsilio de Eŭropo (vi povas trovi la liston ĉi tie);
• Kapablas ĉeesti la tutan seminarion;
• Kapablas korekte komuniki en la angla aŭ/kaj en Esperanto;
• Respektas diversecon kaj fervore lernemas;
• Estas interesitaj pri kontraŭbatalado de diskriminacio per inkluziveco kaj homaj rajtoj;
• Aktivas, aŭ aktivemas, pri junulara agado.

TEJO kaj Konsilio de Eŭropo grave taksas diversecon kaj provizi egalajn ŝancojn. Ni aparte instigas la kandidatiĝon de ĉiuj eblaj kandidatoj plenumantaj la kondiĉoj, sendepende de genro aŭ handikapeco. The World Esperanto Youth Organisation (TEJO) together with the Council of Europe (CoE) organizes the international study session United for an active youth participation: Removing barriers for an inclusive and diverse Europe in the European Youth Center (EYC) of CoE in Budapest, Hungary. The seminar will give the opportunity to 26 young people living in one of the 46 member states of the Council of Europe to discuss and learn about issues related to combating discrimination by inclusion and human rights. Through the study session, the participants will have the opportunity to:

• Raising awareness and further mainstream on the young people’s access to rights and their connection to combat discrimination by inclusion and educative approaches of human rights;
• Introducing the concepts of Human Rights Education, rights-based approach and non-formal educative methodologies to young people who had no previous knowledge on them;
• Exchanging knowledge, skills, good practices and opinions among the participants of the study session, ensuring mutual understanding and learning between the young participants;
• Provide training young people who are relatively new to the youth field and not yet particularly active in their societies, but would like to become more active;
• Make this study session a hub of young people. Our participants will act as multipliers, disseminating the session’s results within their respective local and regional communities by a cascading effect of our outputs.

The study session will take place from the 2nd (arrival day) to the 8th (departure day) of February at the European Youth Center (EYC) of CoE in Budapest. The working days of the seminar are from the 3rd to the 7th of February 2025, it will be carried out in English and in Esperanto with simultaneous interpretation by the use of language translation earphones. The participants during the seminar dates will receive accommodation and meals in the European Youth Center of CoE.

We are looking for 26 participants to participate in the seminar. The participation costs 50 euros per person, deducted from the reimbursement for travel costs. The accommodation and meals will be organized and covered by the Council of Europe, and we will reimburse up to 350 euros for travel costs by presenting the receipts/invoices. Participants will be responsible for their own insurance.

The participants

• Are enthusiastic young people over 18 years old;
• Live in a member state of the Council of Europe (you can find the list here);
• Are able to attend the entire seminar;
• Are able to communicate correctly in English and/or Esperanto;
• Respect diversity and are eager to learn;
• Are interested in combating discrimination by inclusion and human rights;
• Are active, or have the aim to be active, in youth activities.
