Centro de Edukistoj pri Homaj Rajtoj: estu aktoro de ŝanĝo!
COMPASS HRE NTK 2020 en Slovenio
La Tutmonda Esperantista Junulara Organizo (TEJO) kaj la Slovena Nacia Junulara Konsilio (MSS) kunlabore kun la Konsilio de Eŭropo organizas la projekton “‘Centro de Edukistoj pri Homaj Rajtoj: estu aktoro de ŝanĝo!“. La projekto trejnos 18 junulojn, junajn estrojn, universitatajn studentojn, homajrajtajn aktivulojn kaj NFE-trejnistojn, kiuj loĝas ĉefe en Slovenio (aŭ alternative ĝiaj najbaraj landoj, precipe el regionoj kie oni parolas la slovenan lingvon) pri la temo de Edukado pri Homaj Rajtoj (HRE). Niaj partoprenantoj disvolvos siajn kompetentecojn kiel HRE-multiplikantoj kiuj organizas agadojn pri, kun kaj por junuloj.
En la kadro de ĉi tiu projekto, unu Nacia Trejnada Kurso (NTK) okazos inter mardo la 29-a de septembro ĝis dimanĉo la 4-a de oktobro 2020 (vojaĝaj tagoj inkluzive) en la Junulara Centro Brežice, en Slovenio. Ni serĉas 18 partoprenantojn, ĉefe inter 18-30 jaraĝaj (ankaŭ partoprenantoj kiuj aĝas pli ol 30 estas bonvenaj kandidatiĝi). La laborlingvo estos la angla. Ne estas ajna kosto por partopreni kaj ni kovros la loĝadon, manĝon kaj vojaĝkostojn de niaj partoprenantoj (estos limo pri la maksimuma vojaĝa repago, depende de la urbo el kie vi vojaĝos).
La celoj de NTK estas:
- Kontribui al plua disvastigado de HRE-valoroj kiel ekzemple la protekto de homaj rajtoj kaj digno (kaj precipe la homaj rajtoj de junuloj, ankaŭ nomataj junularaj rajtoj), la antaŭenigo de la kulturo de aktiva kaj demokratia civitaneco de junuloj kaj plifortigo pri la eduka aspekto de agadoj kaj projektoj organizitaj pri, kun kaj por junuloj.
- Familiari la partoprenantojn kun edukaj agadoj el la manlibro KOMPASS kaj ĝiaj 20 tutmondaj temoj; Kiel ili povas organizi kaj liveri al si ĉi tiun specon de agadoj en siaj NRO/junularaj organizoj kaj en iliaj lokaj kaj regionaj komunumoj.
- Trejni junularajn laboristojn, NFE-trejnistojn kaj junulajn gvidantojn de la regiono pri la Edukado pri Homaj Rajtoj (HRE) de la Konsilio de Eŭropo, kiel integri ĝin al edukaj agadoj kaj projektoj kaj fari ilin HRE-multiplikantoj, kiuj disvastigos la lernajn rezultojn al multoblaj junuloj reen en siaj lokaj kaj regionaj komunumoj; Por finfine krei unu reton en la regiono de HRE-multiplikantoj.
Post la NTK, la partoprenantoj estos parto de unu nova regiona reto de Edukantoj pri Homaj Rajtoj kaj oni atendas de ili organizi sekvajn HRE-agadojn reen en siaj lokaj komunumoj. Eduka subteno kaj konsiloj por tio estos donitaj de la trejnistoj.
KOVIM-19:
Konsiderante la pandemion KOVIM-19, ankaŭ la NTK povus esti tuŝita. Ĉi tiu NTK okazos prefere fizike, sed KOVIM-19-evoluoj eble influas ĉi tion kaj havas la eventon parte aŭ plene interrete. En la okazo ke ĝi fizike okazos, ni sekvos ĉiujn sanajn rekomendojn kaj ni prenos ĉiujn necesajn sekurecajn mezurojn: vizaĝaj maskoj, manaj higienoj kaj malinfektado, prefere havu subĉielajn kunsidojn (se la vetero helpas). Ĉiuokaze, la sekureco de la partoprenantoj, trejnistoj kaj organizantoj estas nia absoluta prioritato, do eble ĝustigoj povas okazi.

Human Rights Educators’ Hub: Be an actor of change!
COMPASS HRE NTC 2020 in Slovenia
The World Esperanto Youth Organisation (TEJO) and the Slovenian National Youth Council (MSS) in cooperation with the Council of Europe are organising the project ‘’Human Rights Educators’ Hub: Be an actor of change!’’. The project will train 18 youth workers, youth leaders, university students, human rights activists and NFE trainers who live mainly in Slovenia (or alternatively its neighbouring countries, especially from regions where Slovenian is spoken) on the topic of Human Rights Education (HRE). Our participants will develop their competences as HRE multipliers when organising activities by, with and for young people.
In the framework of this project, a National Training Course (NTC) will take place between Tuesday 29th of September until Sunday 4th of October 2020 (travel days included) in Youth Centre Brežice, Slovenia. We are looking for 18 participants, mainly 18-30 years old (also participants older than 30 years old are welcome to apply). The working language will be English. There is no participation fee and we will cover the accommodation, food and traveling costs of our participants (there will be a limit on the maximum travel reimbursement, depending on the city you will be traveling from).
The objectives of the NTC are:
• To contribute to further spreading HRE values of such as the protection of human rights and dignity (and especially the human rights of young people also referred to as youth rights), the promotion of the culture of active and democratic citizenship of young people and the reinforcement of the educational aspect of activities and projects organised by, with and for young people.
• To familiarize the participants with educational activities from the COMPASS manual and its 20 global themes; How they can organize and deliver themselves this kind of activities within their NGOs/youth organizations and in their local and regional communities.
• To train youth workers, NFE trainers and youth leaders of the region around the Human Rights Education (HRE) of the Council of Europe, how to integrate it to educational activities and projects and to make them HRE multipliers who will disseminate the learning outcomes to multiple young people back in their local and regional communities; To ultimately create a hub/a network in the region of HRE multipliers.
After the NTC, the participants will be part of a newly created regional Human Rights Educators’ network and are expected to organise follow-up HRE activities back in their local communities. Educational support and mentoring for this will be provided by the trainers’ team.
COVID-19:
Given the COVID-19 pandemic, the NTC may be affected too. This NTC will take place preferably physically, but COVID-19 developments may affect this and have the event partially or fully online. In case it takes place physically, we will follow all health recommendations and take all necessary safety measures: face-masks, hand sanitizers & disinfection, preferably have outdoor sessions (if weather helps). In any case, the safety of the participants, trainers and organisers is our absolute priority, so adjustments may occur.
