Malferma alvoko por trejnistoj, “Diversa, sed Egala”

La Tutmonda Esperantista Junulara Organizo (TEJO) kunlabore kun la Konsilio de Eŭropo (KdE) organizas la trejnadon ‘Diversa, sed Egala: Edukado de Junuloj pri Intersekcia Aliro’. La trejnado donos la eblon al 20 aktivaj NFE-trejnistoj kaj edukistoj de membroŝtatoj de Konsilio de Eŭropo por esti trejnitaj pri la temo de intersekcieco kaj kontraŭbatalo de diversaj formoj de diskriminacio en ĉiutaga laboro kun junuloj. Per la trejnado, la partoprenantoj havos la eblon:

• Enkonduki trejnistojn al la intersekcia aliro kiam ili projektas kaj liveras edukajn agadojn kun junuloj en la kunteksto de NFE.
• Evoluigi la kapablon de niaj partoprenantoj pri la homrajtbazita aliro kiel trejnistoj kaj edukistoj, kun specifa fokuso pri intersekcieco kaj kontraŭbatalado de diversaj formoj de diskriminacio.
• Ekipi la trejnistojn per la necesaj iloj por disvastigi la rezultojn de la internacia agado tra sia persona aŭ profesia vojaĝo kiel trejnistoj.

Aldone, dum ĉi tiu trejnado ni celas ke la partoprenantoj produktu du praktikajn rezultojn:

1. Trejnada manlibro/ilaro por NFE-trejnistoj, edukistoj kaj junularaj laboristoj enkondukantaj ilin en la temon de la intersekcia aliro por edukaj agadoj de/kun kaj por junuloj, precipe tiuj kiuj venas de vundeblaj grupoj.
2. Serio de mallongaj filmetoj de la TK-partoprenantoj pri la koncepto de intersekcieco kaj pritraktado de multnombraj diskriminacioj laborante kun junuloj por konsciigi pri ĉi tiuj temoj inter junularaj organizoj, edukaj kaj instituciaj koncernatoj kaj junuloj ĝenerale.

La trejna kurso okazos inter mardo 29-a de marto (alventago) ĝis lundo 4-a de aprilo 2022 (forirotago) en Prago, Ĉeĥio.

Ni serĉas 3 trejnistojn/faciligantojn, sen aĝlimo, loĝantoj de unu el la membroŝtatoj de KdE:

• Kun vasta sperto en neformala edukado kaj faciligantaj agadojn kun kaj por junuloj;
• Kun certa nivelo de sperto pri temoj pri socia inkludo, ideale se temas pri detekti/kontraŭbatali diskriminacion kaj egalrajtigojn de junuloj;
• Kun la kapablo labori aŭ angle aŭ esperante aŭ ambaŭ.

La 3 trejnistoj:

• Preparos la enhavon de la trejna kurso kune kun la projekt-teamo de TEJO;
• Projektos kaj preparos iujn ajn materialojn kiujn ili bezonus por plenumi la trejnadon;
• Liveros la sesiojn dum la trejna kurso;
• Donos raporton pri la kunsidoj de la trejna kurso al la projekt-teamo, post la fino de la trejna kurso, por la ĝeneralaj raportaj celoj.

Estas 5 labortagoj, kun 6-6,5 horoj da livero tage por esti distribuitaj inter la trejnistoj. La trejnistoj estos subtenataj de TEJO-oficisto kaj TEJO-volontulo dum la tuta procezo. Tamen, ili estos la ĉefaj respondecaj pri la enhavo, dezajnante ĝin kaj liverante ĝin kaj ili havos la liberecon adapti ĝin al la bezonoj de la partoprenantoj kaj siaj propraj kapabloj.

Ĉiuj kostoj por loĝado, manĝado kaj vojaĝado estos kovritaj de la projekto. Aldone, ĉiu trejnisto ricevos 500 eŭrojn por la provizitaj servoj, post la TK kaj post kiam ili finos siajn raportajn liverindaĵojn de la TK.

The World Esperanto Youth Organisation (TEJO) in cooperation with the Council of Europe (CoE) are organizing the training course (TC) ‘Diverse, but Equal: Educating Young People on the Intersectional Approach’. The training course will give the opportunity to 20 active non-formal education (NFE) trainers and educators from Council of Europe member states to be trained in the topic of intersectionality and tackling different forms of discrimination in their everyday work with young people. Our participants will have the chance through the training course:

• To introduce trainers to the intersectional approach when they design and deliver educational activities with young people in the context of NFE.
• To develop our participants’ capacity on the human rights based approach as trainers and educators, with a specific focus on intersectionality and combating multiple forms of discrimination.
• To equip these trainers with the necessary tools in order to disseminate the outcomes of the international activity throughout their personal or professional journey as trainers.

Additionally, during this training course we aim that the participants produce two intellectual/practical outputs:

1. A training manual/toolkit for NFE trainers, educators and youth workers introducing them to the topic of the intersectional approach for educational activities by/with and for young people, especially those who come from vulnerable groups.
2. A series of short videos by the TC participants on the concept of intersectionality and tackling multiple forms of discrimination while working with young people in order to raise awareness on these topics among youth organisations, educational and institutional stakeholders and young people in general.

The training course will take place between Tuesday 29th of March (arrival day) until Monday 4th of April 2022 (departure day) in Prague, Czech Republic.

We are looking for 3 trainers/facilitators, with no age limit, residents of one of the CoE member states:

• With wide experience in Non-Formal Education and facilitating activities with and for young people;
• With a certain level of experience in social inclusion topics, ideally when it comes to detecting/combating discrimination and equal rights of young people;
• With the ability to work either in English or Esperanto or both.

The 3 trainers will be expected to:

• Prepare the training course’s content together with the TEJO project team;
• Design and prepare any materials they would need to perform the training;
• Deliver the sessions during the training course;
• Provide a report on the sessions of the training course to the project team, after the completion of the training course, for the general reporting purposes.

There are 5 working days, with 6-6,5 hours of delivery per day to be distributed between the trainers. The trainers will be supported by a TEJO officer and a TEJO volunteer throughout the process. However, they will be the primary responsibles for the content, designing it and delivering it and they will have the freedom to adapt it to the needs of the participants and their own capabilities.

All the costs for accommodation, meals and traveling will be covered by the project. Additionally, each trainer will receive 500 euros for the services provided, after the TC and after they finalize their reporting deliverables of the TC.
